TESTIMONIALS

This training has been beautiful and truly transformative. It has opened my eyes to so many things and allowed me to reflect and do some deep inner work. I know that this is life long work but this has been the perfect start. The community created online was wonderful, the kind of community I never thought would be possible to find with an online course. I have never felt so welcomed and was moved by the authenticity and compassion in the group. Mei Lai in an incredible teacher. Her knowledge and way of sharing was fantastic and Mei Lai helped me to feel so welcome and at ease every session. I am very grateful for this opportunity, and am now so excited for the rest of my journey and to integrate what I have learned into the way I show up in this world and my teaching, thank you

Isabella

This is a truly supportive and authentic training. The manual is comprehensive as are the extra resources. The learning activities each week help to reinforce the practices as you move from week to week. Mei Lei is a wonderful facilitator as are the rest of the team and guest speakers. I felt 'held' throughout and made many beautiful connections along the way. The break out rooms and discussions were always insightful, supportive and kind. Thank you for an inspiring course.

Caroline

The way the training was designed and delivered made it easy to take in and process all the information without feeling overloaded especially as there was a lot of content. I respect the way Mai Lei was calm and embodied what she taught and made a comfortable container for us to learn. I found the guest speakers and practice videos and recordings and other learning resources valuable. Overall, I have found the training incredibly valuable and I'm looking forward to learning more. Thank you.
