How might we invite fluidity in our movement, and flow in our rest?
Join Amber Gray for this experience that blends sounding and slow movement to explore our body’s changing movements and natural rhythms. Connect with our human body as sea, with the ebb and flow of tides, and deep pools of rest. By slowing down and moving with our inner rhythms, we might recognize and remember Water as our Ancestor, our creative lineage. Learn more about Continuum here.
