Weaving trauma-informed yoga, embodied mindfulness, somatics, social justice and earth-based wisdom, we offer healing-centred personal and professional programs and services to nurture wellbeing, connection, and a thriving world for all.

Yoga for Humankind acknowledges the Minjungbal and Ngarakwal people of the Bundjalung Nation on whose lands we are based. We recognise that sovereignty was never ceded, and pay our deepest respect to Elders past, present and emerging. We offer our deepest respect to all First Nations, indigenous peoples and traditional cultures across our world, and acknowledge their living wisdom, cultural practices and sovereignty. We honour and pay deep respect to the cultural and spiritual roots of Yoga in India and South Asia. We endeavour to uphold the traditions and practice of Yoga as a deep inquiry, devotion, and way of life for liberation and wellbeing as it evolves in our contemporary context.

We are committed to exploring conversations, practices and ways of decolonisation, right relationship, and integrity. We recognise our shared humanity, celebrate our vibrant diversity, and honour each unique human being. We endeavour to create safer and braver spaces where we can share our stories, learn, unlearn and make mistakes, so we can find the path forward together as one humankind.
